Installing Chap

Once you purchase Chap you will be provided access to the following zip file:

chap-release.zip

Folder containing the licenses for Chap and for the software used with Chap.

Offline documentation for Chap.

Information about the contents of chap-release.zip file.

Chap theme files.

Chap Child theme files.

Unpack the zip file to a location of your choice and follow the steps below to begin the installation.

In the WordPress admin Dashboard go to Appearance -> Themes.

Click on “Add New” to add a new theme.

Click on “Upload Theme” to upload theme files.

Choose the chap.zip file and click “Install Now”.

Click on “Return to Themes page”.

Click on “Add New” to add yet another new theme.

Click on “Upload Theme” to upload the child theme files.

Choose the chap-child.zip file and click “Install Now”.

Click on “Activate” to activate the child theme.

You’ve now installed and activated Chap theme, follow the Setup Wizard instructions to set up your website.
